At Solbjerggaard, a historic property in Denmark, Albertine brought together the positioning, photography and guest experience with one aim: make the reasons to stay as clear online as they were in person.

Within the first year, revenue doubled. The Booking.com score rose from 8.3 to a peak of 9.6. The property attracted international press coverage from France, Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands, without approaching those publications.

The work reached beyond how the property looked. It connected what guests saw online with what they experienced when they arrived.

More recently, we helped a hotel within the IHG Hotels & Resorts portfolio move from 45 to 88 on Haus’s AI Visibility Score in eight weeks. The hotel team spent less than 90 minutes on the process.
